Preparation and Usage
Chef's Tip
Season both sides of steak generously with sea salt flakes and fresh cracked black pepper. When sealing the steak in pan, add a knob of butter or beef dripping, a couple of garlic cloves, and a sprig of fresh thyme. Baste the meat continuously and cook for 2 mins, sealing each side of the meat. Add steak to roasting tray, place in oven and continue cooking for required time.

Carving
For best results, carve thinly using a sharp knife.
1. Secure a large chopping board by placing on top of a damp cloth.
2. Transfer the steak onto the chopping board.
3. Remove meat from the bone by holding the bone in one hand, and slice along its length to cut the meat away from the bone.
4. Secure the steak by pushing the fork through the centre of the steak and hold firmly.
5. Slice the meat across the grain into generous slices using a sharp knife.
6. Only carve as many slices as required to preserve the succulence and tenderness of the steak.
Instructions
Barbecue - From Chilled. This is a guideline only. Results may vary due to differences in barbecue equipment, cooking temperatures and weather conditions.
Place steak on a lightly oiled preheated rack over glowing hot coals or on a preheated high heat gas BBQ. Turn frequently and cook until no pink meat remains and juices run clear, until piping hot throughout. Cooking Instructions - General. Needs Cooking

When cooked remove from oven, and leave to rest for 10 mins before carving. Remove foil from bone and carve steak into slices, drizzle the remaining juices over the steak.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. 2 mins
Remove from packaging 15 mins before cooking. Ensure soak pad is removed from the base of the steak. Preheat dry pan to High, until smoking hot. For best results use a large cast iron griddle pan. Rub 1 tbsp of oil onto the meat and season generously with sea salt and cracked black pepper. Wrap the exposed bone in a layer of tin foil. Place steak into pan for 2 mins sealing each side of the meat. Transfer steak and juices to a roasting tray and place into the centre of a preheated oven.
